Fax the completed Landlord or Tenant application and one copy of your evidence to RTDRS at the fax number (780) 644-2266; an Information Officer will contact you to discuss your filing and filing fees; once requirements are met, a hearing date will be set; the RTDRS will fax the filed Application Package back to the fax number provided on your application; you must serve the respondent(s) and file an Affidavit of Service by fax to (780) 644-2266 prior to the hearing.
