Fax Directory Terms

These Fax Directory Terms (the “Directory Terms”) govern your use of the fax number directory and lookup tools available at fax-flow.com (the “Directory”). FaxFlow is a business managed by Mobile Flow Ltd (registration number 517148722), with offices at Kiryat HaMada St 20, Jerusalem, Israel 9777600 (“FaxFlow,” “we,” or “us”). The Directory is a free, informational resource that is separate from any FaxFlow account or paid service. By accessing, searching, or using the Directory, you agree to these Directory Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Directory.

1. What the Directory is

The Directory is a compilation of factual contact information (such as organization names, departments, and fax numbers) gathered by automated research from publicly available sources. Listings, including descriptive text, are generated and summarized using automated research and artificial intelligence (AI), and may contain AI-generated inaccuracies. They are not authored, provided, reviewed, confirmed, or authorized by the organizations listed, and are provided for general informational purposes only.

2. No affiliation or endorsement

FaxFlow is an independent directory. Organization names and marks are used only to identify the organizations to which the information relates (nominative use). Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those organizations, and no such relationship should be inferred.

3. No warranty of accuracy — verify before you rely

Fax numbers and related details change frequently and vary by department, location, form, plan, and time. Directory information may be out of date, incomplete, incorrect, or in rare cases wrong entirely, including as a result of automated research or AI-generation errors. The Directory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You must independently confirm any fax number and receiving department directly with the organization before sending, and you should not rely solely on the Directory.For sensitive material, we recommend sending a test cover page first and keeping your transmission confirmation.

4. Sensitive documents

Do not use the Directory as your sole basis for transmitting sensitive information — including protected health information (PHI), tax documents, Social Security numbers, financial or account information, or privileged legal materials. A misdirected fax of such material can cause serious harm (for example, a reportable privacy breach, identity theft, or a missed deadline). Confirm the destination with the organization first. For tax and government destinations, confirm the current number on the official IRS or .gov page.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FaxFlow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, the Directory or any listing — including any misdirected transmission or any inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable information — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Directory only for lawful purposes and not to: (a) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Directory or use automated means to access it beyond ordinary browsing; (b) use the information to send unsolicited, unlawful, or harassing communications; (c) misrepresent the source of any information; or (d) interfere with or place undue load on the Directory or its abuse-prevention measures.

7. Corrections and removals

We honor requests to correct or remove listings. If you represent an organization and want its listing corrected or removed, or if you are a user reporting an incorrect number, email support@fax-flow.com with the organization name, the listed number, and the page URL. We aim to respond promptly, and in any case within the time period required by applicable law. When we remove a listing, we take reasonable steps to prevent it from being automatically re-added.

8. Not professional advice

The Directory does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship.

9. Changes

We may update these Directory Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Directory means you accept the updated Directory Terms.

10. Governing law

Except as provided below, these Directory Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules and without regard to the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods, and the competent courts of the State of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Directory Terms or the Directory.

If you are a consumer residing in the United States (or in any other jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable rights), nothing in these Directory Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your place of residence, and you may be entitled to bring, or have heard, claims in the courts of your place of residence where applicable mandatory law so provides. The governing-law and exclusive-forum provisions above apply only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law applicable to you.
