About FaxFlow
The mobile fax app built for people who need to send faxes without a fax machine.
What is FaxFlow?
FaxFlow is a mobile fax app built for individuals and professionals who need to send faxes from their iPhone or Android — without a fax machine, without a phone line, and without stepping foot in an office supply store.
Whether you need to fax IRS documents, insurance paperwork, legal contracts, or a signed form to your doctor, FaxFlow lets you do it in under 60 seconds from wherever you are. Upload a document or scan it with your phone camera, enter the fax number, and hit send. That simple.
Why We Built FaxFlow
Fax should have died years ago — but it didn't. The IRS still requires faxes. Hospitals still fax records. Courts still accept faxed filings. And millions of people every month find themselves needing to send a fax with no fax machine in sight.
We built FaxFlow because the existing options were either overpriced enterprise tools designed for offices, or clunky apps that felt like they were built in 2010. We wanted a simple, fast, mobile-first fax app that just works — for the person standing in their kitchen needing to fax a form to the IRS before a deadline.
Who Uses FaxFlow
Faxing never really went away — it just moved into the corners of life where security and a paper trail still matter. The people who reach for FaxFlow tend to fall into a few groups.
Individuals handling personal paperwork. Taxpayers faxing IRS forms before a deadline, patients sending records or release forms to a clinic, and renters or applicants returning a signed document the same day they receive it.
Small businesses and sole proprietors. Owners filing an S-corporation election, authorizing an accountant, or sending an invoice to a vendor that still requires a fax number rather than an email address.
Professionals who need proof of delivery. Attorneys, real estate agents, and insurance brokers who want a timestamped confirmation that a contract, offer, or claim actually arrived — not just a "sent" status that could end up in a spam folder.
How FaxFlow Works
FaxFlow turns your phone or computer into a fax machine without any of the hardware. You upload a PDF or photograph a paper document with your camera, the app cleans it up into a clear, fax-ready page, and you enter the destination fax number. When you hit send, FaxFlow places the call to the receiving machine on your behalf and converts the document into the signal a fax machine expects.
Because the transmission happens over a real fax connection, the recipient sees an ordinary incoming fax — it does not matter to them that you sent it from a kitchen table instead of an office. Every fax is protected in transit with encryption, and once it is delivered you receive a confirmation you can keep as a record. FaxFlow is a paid subscription service, so there are no surprise per-page charges buried in the fine print.
